Feeding Meat

 
     
  Today meat is an important part of a child's diet, according to experts about 85% of the children eat too large a ration of meat and too often.  
     
  Medical experts recommend that children should eat meat between 3 and 5 times a week, giving preference to white meats over red meats.  
     
  For a child age 2 - 6 : the ration should be between 80 - 100 grams.  
     
  For a child age 7 - 18 : the ration should be between 100 - 110 grams.
