Introducing Fruit for Babies

 
     
  Some babies find it hard to get used to the taste of fruit. It is advisable to use very ripe fruit as the taste is sweeter and mix it with some of their favourite cereals.  
     
  You can gradually reduce the ammount of cereals.  
     
  Don't mix it with biscuits as they contain a high level of gluten, sugar and honey are also unadvisable.
