  Frozen Fish  
     
  Fish is a quite complete food which is rich in proteins and is essential for tissue regeneration.  
     
  Fish is also high in iodine which controls the thyroid gland which incides on growth, vitamin B12 essential for the red blood cells and vitamin D essential for bone wellfare.  
     
  For all these reasons it is advisable that children eat fish at least four times a week and at least one of these should be blue fish.  
     
  Frozen fish is an excellent option as it is a very stable way of conserving fish and can usually bought cleaned and without bones.
