Fruit for Breakfast

Specialist say that 70% of children and teenagers between 2 and 25 years of age don't eat fruit for breakfast which makes it difficult to reach the 2-3 daily recommended rations of fruit.

To reach this recommended ratio it's a good idea to include some natural fruit juice for breakfast or include some kiwi, banana, strawberry or kiwi cut up with the cereals or with a yoghurt.

Fruit is essential in a child's diet as it includes antioxidants which will protect them from different illnesses.
