Vegetables for Lunch

 
     
  Boiled corn cobs, apple pure, grated courgette, spinach and cheese in puff paste ... are some examples of vegetables which can be used to accompany meat or fish.  
     
  It's important to get your kids used to vegetables being a main part of lunch or dinner.  
     
  Vegetables help in a correct growth of the child as well as preventing various diseases. Children should eat 2 rations of vegetables a day.
