Balanced Meal Distribution

 
     
  It's important to distribute your child's calorie intake throughout the day, five daily meals are recommended, three main meals and two snacks (in the morning and in the afternoon)  
     
  Calorie intake distribution should be as follows :
Breakfast - 20%
Brunch - 5%
Lunch - 40%
Tea - 5%
Dinner 30%
 
     
  Breakfast is one of the most important meals as it gives the child the necessary energy for the day, should be made up of milk, fruit, juices and carbohydrates (bread, biscuit, cereals ...)  
     
  Lunch should be made up of a first course (pasta, rice, vegetables ...) and a second course with (meat, fish, eggs) and fruit for dessert.  
     
  Dinner should be quite light, some fish, eggs, cheese accompanied with vegetables, fruit, etc.  
     
  Snacks should be made up of yoghurts, biscuits, dry fruits...
