Keeping Babies Hydrated

Up to the age of 6 months the babies keep themselves perfectly hydrated thanks to their mother's milk.

If it's very hot the child will ask more regularly for milk although it will drink for less time.

Once the child is over 6 months old and the child starts eating baby food the baby will need a larger amount of liquids apart from the baby milk.

All you need to do to keep him hydrated is to introduce lightly mineralised water in the baby bottles and offer it to him when he cries without apparent reason.
