  Physical Exercise against Overweight  
     
  To avoid children being overweight a healty diet needs to be combined with regular physical exercise.  
     
  It's not only practising sport, it's about moving around on a daily basis.  
     
  Daily routes can be done walking or on a bike instead of by car, if it can't be done on a daily basis, weekends are a great moment to go on a walking trip or go for long walks.  
     
  Children and teenagers today spend a lot of time using internet or watching tv, for this reason it's necessary to combine sedentary time with more active time like playing in the park or doing some type of sport.
