Videogames and Child Eyesight

Recent studies have proved that children spending a large number of hours playing videogames and spending such time in a closed in room reduces the child's vision as well as his long distance sight

The child's sight is developed during the first seven years of life, if during these first 7 years they spend too much time in front of a tv or computer screen in closed in spaces their eyes will not be exercised on long distance sight.

For this reason it's very necessary to control how many hours the child spends involved in these activities and promote outdoors activities like sports or simply going to the park to play.
